We use an online giving platform through Church Teams. This is a new system, so you will need to enter your email and create a password when you make your first/next contribution.

FAQs

What are the features of this giving platform? Why should I set up an account?
After you set up your account, you can:

  • Save checking/savings accounts or credit/debit cards for faster giving in the future

  • Set up or manage your recurring gift(s)

  • Review your progress towards your pledge (if you submitted a pledge)

  • Review your year-to-date giving

  • View your giving history (from January 2020 to now)

  • Download a current giving statement

How do I access the online giving form?
Visit click the “Give Online” button above. A new tab will open with the giving form. Follow the prompts to fill in all the fields and complete the form.

When can I set up my new online giving account?
Today!

I’d like a guide to completing the online form. Can you help me?

I contribute to FMC by check and would like to see my giving history for the year. Can I do that?
Yes, you can! Create a login by following the instructions to create an online account without making a contribution. Find the instructions on page three of this link. After logging in, you will be able to see your giving history for this year and last.

I haven’t given electronically before. Can I start now?
Yes, this would be a great time to start. You can make a one-time contribution or set up a recurring contribution for a quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly gift.

I’d like to give to a special fund. Can I do that?
Yes, you can! You can give to the General Fund, Joseph’s Storehouse, the Mennonite Education Fund, the Nurture Fund, or the MYF through the online form. You can even split one contribution between multiple funds.

Do I have to use a credit card? Can I give from my checking account?
FMC accepts contributions by credit or debit card or from checking or savings accounts.

Can you tell me about processing fees?
FMC is charged a processing fee for accepting online payments, just like any other business or nonprofit. FMC’s annual budget includes an expense line to pay for these fees. The fees for contributions from a checking or savings account are significantly less than the fees for credit or debit cards. If you can, we encourage you to give directly from your checking or savings account.

How do I access my giving account after I first set it up?
Return to the FMC giving page and click the “Give Online” button. When the giving form appears, click the blue “Login” link at the top right of the form. From there, enter your email and password to login.

Do I have to create an online giving account?
No, you don’t. The church office will continue to send contribution statements 3-4 times per year so you can review your giving. You can also request a contribution statement for the current or previous year at any time by contacting the church office.

I gave this year, but I don’t see those contributions listed when I login. What should I do?
Contact Marie (mariev@fmcdenver.org) to make sure we have your correct email address in the Church Teams system.
